SimplyCompress provides client-side web utilities for image editing, cropping, compression, PDF organization and OCR, and code minification. All file transformations execute strictly on the client side using your web browser's native capabilities (HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and Web Workers).

Because your files are not transmitted to or stored on our servers, you maintain exclusive custody and control over your files at all times.

3. User Responsibility & File Ownership

You retain 100% of your rights and ownership in all images, PDF documents, and code files you process using SimplyCompress. We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership in any content processed through our site.

You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary legal rights, licenses, or permissions for any documents or media you process, and that your use of the service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overwhelm the infrastructure, Content Delivery Networks, or hosting services of SimplyCompress. You agree not to use automated scrapers, denial-of-service bots, or abusive scripts to disrupt service availability for other users.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

SimplyCompress and all associated tools, scripts, and documentation are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our utilities will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all devices or file formats, or that file compression results will meet specific file size or visual expectations. We strongly recommend always maintaining an original, uncompressed backup copy of your source files before performing any file optimization or compression.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimplyCompress and its operators, contributors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or file corruption arising from the use or inability to use this website.

7. Third-Party Advertisements & Affiliate Disclosure

Our website displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense to fund site infrastructure and maintenance.
